Smartsheet’s email marketing team needed to bring the design and format of their emails into one cohesive look and feel. They had a dozen different templates in circulation while creating one-off emails regularly to accommodate new needs. These were created The team was looking for one guide for use in every situation.
Four templates were designed and built, which covered the vast majority of content types. Newsletters, product updates, webinar invites, and video features were the four types we decided on.
All of these layouts have full width background sections, a split blue/white hero section, and a single column layout. All of these items help to build a bulletproof email that serves desktop and mobile viewers.
